Below is our current pricing for various home services.
Hourly Pricing
Anything not covered by our fixed fees is charged at – $70/hour (or part thereof) per technician + materials
Any job requiring a second technician such as extra large tv’s or very heavy items will have a second technician added at a cost of $70/hour
1 hour minimum (unless job is more than 30 mins from center of city, then 2 hour minimum)
First hour is charged at $100 to cover travel and setup costs.
All jobs have a minimum of $100 for one person or $200 for 2 people

Fixed fee price jobs have extra $100 if >= 45 mins from city center

Cancellation Policy
Any booking cancelled by the customer within 60 minutes of the scheduled start time, will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Some projects require a partial payment before work begins, in order to purchase materials, etc.
Because those costs typically cannot be recovered once incurred, no cancellations or refunds are allowed for bookings after initial payment is received.
Payment Policy
Payment is required in full, immediately at completion of the day’s work, via debit or credit card.
Technician will process card in-person using technician’s device, or if customer’s authorized payment personnel is not located on-site, then payment link will be sent to authorized individual to enter card details and complete payment remotely.
Technician’s billable time ends only when payment is successfully processed.
