Unlike other companies that gave us a quick 5-minute quote, Carol-Ann took her time to explain to us in-depth about our situation and helped us understand what needed to be done and why. Throughout the work, I was able to watch from my window as they did their job, and I was truly impressed by the entire team's experience and knowledge. Safety was always top of mind, and Carol-Ann was there the whole time, watching over her crew, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. After all the work was done, the trees that they trimmed looked gorgeous and healthy. And the trees they cut down were neatly stacked in our yard for future use. They even cleaned up after themselves! Although it ended up taking an extra day, I understood that our trees were at least 100 years old (so they are extra big and more complicated), so it was totally understandable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that Timber Ridge Tree Service provided. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and their work exceeded our expectations.
