“We had a leak in our bathroom. Called to schedule with the Plumbing Knight and they got us swiftly on the schedule. Our time frame for tech arrival unfortunately came and went without contact. I called the office and was notified that the tech was running behind due to another job taking quite a bit longer than anticipated, and the lady on the phone kindly apologized for the delay. They called me back a few minutes after we hung up and were thankfully able to find another tech that was available to head over. The two gentlemen that showed up were professional, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I will definitely be calling the Plumbing Knight for any future plumbing needs!”
