“This past Friday I had left a message with another lawn maintenance company to inquire about setting up routine service, but when the owner called me back she was very short and rude and told me she’d “get back to me in two days with a quote”, and feeling disappointed with the interaction, later that day I decided to look elsewhere for service. I read the reviews for Advanced Lawn Care and was impressed with all the raves and positive feedback, not only about their quality of work but their great and friendly attitude. I left a message Friday night after business hours and heard back from Karim early the next day, and right off the bat he was extremely professional and courteous and provided me with an immediate quote. His crew came out today (Tuesday) and I could not be happier with the job they did, and so far all communication has been smooth and easy with quick responses. Four days later, I still have not heard back from the owner of the first business I called, so I am thrilled to be giving my business to a company that clearly prioritizes customer service!
